Phinney Ridge Yoga, Seattle

Housed in the historic Phinney Neighborhood Center serving the Phinney and Greenwood Neighborhoods in Seattle, Phinney Ridge Yoga offers community classes and workshops in the Hatha Yoga, Kripalu and Viniyoga traditions. Our teachers are known in Seattle for their compassionate approach and experience adapting yoga classes to meet individual needs.

Due to Covid 19, we are currently offering online yoga classes through our livestream zoom classroom!  See our Schedule page for more info.  The studio plans to reopen for some in-person and hybrid (mixed in-person and zoom) yoga classes in late August and early September. Stay Tuned!

Along with multilevel yoga classes, we specialize in Yoga for Osteoporosis, Yoga for Healthy Backs, Yoga for Cancer, and Yoga for Multiple Sclerosis.
Our community is wonderfully diverse with ages ranging from 15 – 94 years old!
